- Please keep handy 2/3 blank sheets of paper and a pen/pencil
- We’d request you to join the link at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time of the workshop.
- Before the session, choose a spot where you have a good internet connection and won't be disturbed, so that you can comfortably participate during the workshop.
- It is important to note that all sharing done during the workshop stays confidential among the group.
The Registration Fees are on a Sliding scale: Rs.150/- to 250/- per participant.
This is possible due to charges being subsidised by Mental Health Support Foundation
